Throw Up Bug - Yuck!@

My youngest is sick today and had to stay home from school. She was throwing up all night and cannot keep anything on her stomach. The best laid plans....today was her Mother's Day Tea (she is devastated), I had a trainer appointment (which I might still make) and a babysitter this evening (which I will cancel). With children you never know what came come up (literally) and put a wrench in your schedule. But after moaning last week about how old she was getting (turning 5) and then seeing how small and helpless she looked last night, I realized that no matter what age, our children do need us. Now I have to go clean sheets and wash out the trash can, I know, I know it sounds like a really fun day.
