Do I Need a Trainer?

Today was the day! I started my Mother's Day gift a little early. A Personal Trainer! I asked for it and now I got it. As I have constantly stated, I hate exercise. I am not ever going to love it but at this point I must tolerate it. I have also come to terms with the fact that when I look better I fell better about myself (duh!)and therefore I am a happier person (and wife and mother).

Anyway, I had my first session with HER today, and while it was not so bad (we just got familiar with the machines) I refuse to be lulled into a false sense of relief. If I am not sore tomorrow, I will be for sure on Saturday (my next session is on Friday). Let the games begin (and not fun ones). I will let you all know how I am progressing.

Once more for the record: I HATE EXERCISE AND I LOVE REGULAR COKE!!!!!!!

HER? When I think personal trainer I always think of someone who might show up on David Dust's page. At least there would be something good about it!!!

Good luck! My trainer is a woman, too. I agree with you FP!

LOL @ frogponder!

Yeah, I was hoping to hear stories of your hunky trainer named Julio... [sigh]I KNOW you probably hate Diet Coke, but here's a tip. You could slowly get used to it if you poured a little bit in your regular Coke each time you had a glass. Little by little, increase the amount of Diet Coke, and before you know it, you'll be drinking Diet Coke. I used to hate Diet Coke, but now that's what I drink.

Good luck!!

Sorry to disappoint with the woman trainer. I did not want any distractions. DD I cannot do Diet Coke. My husband has said the same thing but I love my regular coke even with all of the empty calories. I will let you all know how it goes. Thanks for the support.
